To all Guides interested in the Penang Trip, please pass up the following by Monday 31st July 2017

1. Form K
2. Deposit of $240/$160(depending on gross income of parents) paid via cash or cheque
3. A Photocopy of your passport (1st page)
4. OF form if you are applying for subsidy (for Singaporeans only)

For the deposit, only cash or cheque is accepted as a commitment for the trip. If you choose to pay for the trip via Edusave later, the cash/cheque will be returned to you at a later date.

If there is overwhelming response, pls note that selection will have to be conducted.
