Hello Guides
As there is North Division Day on Friday, everyone will be reporting/ ending at different timings so please take note of your roles, responsibilities, attire and reporting time.
All Guides from sec 2s and 3s
*excluding Ushers, Colour Party, Melissa, Kirsten, Charmaine Ho, Jia En, Prathistta, Zi Jun, Jody and Suhana
Please gather at the porch at 1245 pm in half Guides uniform. Please eat your lunch in SJC upon arrival until event begins. Sec 3 I/Cs of each patrol (assigned by PL) please take attendance immediately. PLs, report your attendance to Janna as she will be the overall in-charge for attendance. Please deposit bags in Guides Den and bring along valuables. Janna to be in Full Guides uniform.
For overall in charge, it will be YiHui and Rowanne. They will ensure the wellbeing of Guides etc.
Girls in Fusion Dance, please wear your costumes instead of half Guides uniform.
Sec 1s
Report at 2pm outside Guides den in PE attire. You will not be going for North Division Day instead, you will be practising for your enrolment ceremony. Those who have failed your enrolment test, you will also retake it on Friday.
Sec 1s who are ushers you can go for North Division Day

Please report at porch by 12:40pm in ___________ (tbc as there is not enough time to change to full u). Eat lunch in SJC after duty
Please deposit bags in Guides den and bring along valuables
Sec 4s and 5s
Please report outside Guides den at 2pm in Guides tee and shorts. We will be clearing up testworks and Prof badge and also clearing up the Guides den. Some of the PLs will be teaching the Sec 1s the procedure for enrolment ceremony. Allocated Sec 4s and 5s will be helping out to collect Guides uniform from the HQ.

Hello Guides
Report outside Guides den at 2:30 tomorrow in Guides tee with PE shorts. Those without the Guides tee, please report in PE. For tomorrow, the sec 1s are going to have your enrolment test. Please remember to study hard for this test :). For the competition girls, please be prepared by tomorrow so that you can have a more fruitful discussion tomorrow. For the rest of the girls, as Guides will be the GOH this year, you will be practising your footdrills. Please do your best and keep yourself hydrated. :)
