Dear Guides

For the upcoming Guides' Session, please report in Full Guides Uniform with all required items. Trefoil must be polished and socks must be of acceptable length. All badges should be worn/sewn as well. We will not tolerate anyone clad in inappropriate attire. We are very serious. Your hair should be neatly pinned up or braided. 

Report outside Guides' Den at 3.15PM. Have your lunch first. 

We will be doing cooking & outdoor gadgets so PLs, please be sure to bring matchsticks. Further details about Outdoor cooking will be given to PLs too, if there is a need to. 

Check my following post for the name list of Guides going to the Civil Defense Course. There is a change in the list.

Dear Guides

Please take note of the following details for the upcoming Guides Session:

- Report outside Guides' Den at 2.15PM SHARP. Opening will take place immediately.

- Due to the longer lunch time on Fridays, we expect to see ALL attire up standards. The attire for that day is Half Guides U with all other required items. Please take note that the length of socks worn on that day must be of acceptable height. 

- Patrol Leaders & Sec 2s are to refresh your memory on how outdoor cooking is conducted so as to ensure that the Sec 1 Guides can learn it quickly and accurately. PLs to prepare required materials as well.

- Outdoor cooking is an important aspect of Camp so all of you must be aware and learn the necessary skills.

- In order to enjoy the next segment after Outdoor Cooking, all of you must work together to get Outdoor Cooking done. Failure to do so will only result in a shorter time for the surprise activity. 

Do keep in mind that CCA stand down will only take place next week. We will also require your MC or Parents' Letter (for a valid reason) if you are absent. Do take note that all letters must be typed out on white paper.

Dear Guides

All North Division prize winners are reminded to meet in the canteen at 7.15AM SHARP in Full School Uniform + Tie for Prize Presentation tomorrow (22/8).

Please take note of the following for the upcoming Guides Session on Friday:

- Report outside Guides' Den at 2.15PM sharp.

- Half U (Polo Tee + Skirt). All required articles to be on. We expect to see all uniform up to standard during Opening.

- Bring all testworks/ Proficiency Badges related materials. 

- Dismissal will be on time if everyone cooperates and work fast together.

- Sec 2 Guides to prepare for discussion of Chalet.

- Sec 2s who are interested in September PLTC to inform us.

- Fusion Dancers, please return your dance costumes by Friday. 

We will also be getting names for Guides interested in Open House Yeoman on 23 November 2013, a Saturday. Please actively volunteer for it as we need around 50 Guides to help out. 2 training sessions will be held at AVT on 1/11 & 8/11 respectively.
