Reminders - 28/3/14

Hi girls

Those who have yet to hand in their money & booklet for GGS carnival, do so on Monday at 7.20AM, outside of General Office. Mrs Pichon will be there to collect your stuff. Please be punctual and try your very best to sell more coupons. All of you should also try to revise the new drills you have learnt today when you are free :) 

For the cooking session on next Friday, all PLs should arrange how the ingredients will be brought to school with your own patrols.

One last thing to take note: you should always be in proper attire whenever necessary. We will not hesitate to carry out certain measures if your attire is not up to standards.

We hoped you all had an enriching and fun drills session today.

There will be CCA session tomorrow. Report outside Guides Den at 2.15pm in your PE attire (Sec 1&2s) or Guides Tee (Sec 3&4&5s). Be punctual. Bring along your writing materials. Sec 4s to bring along extra money to pay Renette back money for Camp food.

14/3/14 session UPDATED

Hi Guides

PLEASE TAKE NOTE OF THE CHANGE. 
Tomorrow, the Sec 3s will be going to singapore Discovery Centre to do their Total Defence Silver. Report in Half Guides U by 2.30pm at the porch. You will set off with NCC and NPCC. The event is from 3pm-6pm.

Sec 1s report to CCA in your PE tee respectively at 2.15PM. Sec 1s, you will be having your Total Defense Bronze so be prepared!! Sec 2s, you will go to your mother tongue fortnight events. No need to report for CCA after your event.
Sec 4s, you won't be having any CCA due to sabbatical.

Hi guides

Sec 2s will be going to HQ this Wednesday, for a knots and flag pole training course & your attire is PE. Be there by 2.15pm. 
Sec 1s, your enrollment test will be on this Wednesday during cca, please prepare well :) sec 3s, report to cca on time as usual. Sec 1&3s report outside Guides Den at 2.15pm in your Green tee /PE. Tziyene ma'am will be in charge. There is no CCA for sec 4s due to sabbatical.

CROSS COUNTRY YEOMAN INFO

Hi girls. 

QiaoYuan, Slyvia and Bernessa ,Deborah and Rycelyn meet in bishan park tmr at 7.30am for yeoman, in pe with guides skirt. Sec 1s report in PE attire.
Road marshals are Jocelyn, edelweiss, Deborah, Eve, Qistina, Chloe, Raeanne, please meet at 7am in pe and guides skirt in bishan park too. 
For prize giving, Keisin, weiqing, Cherina, be in the same attire and report at 7.20am. Refreshments are Mavis, KaiEn and WenXi, report in the same attire at 7.30am at bishan park. 

Those going to sch earlier are yixuan, Wanqin, Aisyah, Yilin and jiaru. Report at 7.00am in school. 

Other girls interested to help, do volunteer and inform your PL by tonight 8PM. We need more help!

Have more rest tonight for camp too!!!

Reminders for camp

Hi Girls,

All of you are to place your baggage for camp in the guides den tomorrow morning. (Sec ones do take note of the change.) Do bring your punks twigs and kindlings along, and your newspapers too. All patrol leaders are to ensure that everything for your patrol is done and prepared, including the campfire. And for sec 1s, your PLs will be contacting you on Friday (latest). 

On Friday, remember to bring your toothbrushes/toothpaste as well.**

Sec 1s without 4 sets of PE attire, bring your primary school pe attire or you can buy.

As I've mentioned, this is your packing list for camp. If you have any other further questions, direct them to your PLs and they will ask us. Bring your packed baggage on Thursday. We will collect them. Reporting attire on Friday is PE Attire. Bring your newspapers and Twigs/Punks/Kindlings as well. Also, we understand that camp ends on a Sunday and if you wear white shoes it might be dirtied so we are allowing sports shoes for camp.
